I'm David, the founder of Shopsmith.

Before I built Shopify systems I ran one. Store operations, warehouse management, sales, digital, the lot. I know what it looks like when your POS doesn't talk to your website, when your reporting is held together with spreadsheets, and when your processes depend entirely on one person not leaving.

I've since designed and built an enterprise level Shopify system from the ground up, handling everything from integration and automation to documentation and ongoing governance. I know the platform deeply, from a basic store to a complex multi-channel operation.
